Pricing
Pay for your hiring capacity, not every hire.
Every plan is scoped to how many roles you run at once and quoted to your setup, with the exact monthly price in writing after one call. No placement fees. No per-hire charges.
Priced by active roles
The only thing that sets your price is how many searches we run at the same time. Not headcount, not hires, not salaries.
One flat monthly price
Hire two people or twelve inside your allowance. The price doesn't move, and there's nothing to true up at the end of the year.
No placement fees
No percentages of salary, no per-hire charges, no fee when someone accepts. The monthly price is the whole price.

Your hiring volume shouldn’t determine your recruiting cost.
Scoped to you
Every quote is shaped around a situation.
Platform only
You want the sourcing and screening engine, and your own team runs it. No recruiter attached.
Recruiters in-house
You need recruiting people embedded with your team rather than a subscription.
Procurement
You need an MSA, an order form, an annual term, and a security review before anything starts.
Real volume
You are hiring across sites or business units, with searches running everywhere at once.
Bridge coverage
You are hiring your own recruiter and need the open roles worked while that search runs.
Custom terms
Unusual roles, a fixed project, a defined ramp, or anything a standard scope does not cover.
The math
What does hiring cost you today?
Most teams either build recruiting in-house or pay a fee on every hire. Pick the one that describes you and put a number on it. On the call, we'll put our price in writing next to it.
Where are you today?
One recruiter, fully loaded, per year
$146,393
Salary and burden, plus $34,800 a year for the LinkedIn seat, sourcing data, job boards, and tooling the role needs. Before they source a single candidate.
While you search
90 to 120 days
to hire that recruiter and get them ramped. Your open roles age the whole time, and roughly $7,440 a month of approved salary sits unspent. We can work those roles now, and hand the searches over when your recruiter starts.
Estimates only. Assumes a $89,274 recruiter plus 25% payroll burden, and $34,800 a year for tools. Salary.com, Indeed, and Glassdoor for salary; published 2026 list pricing for LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and job boards. Agency fees sit on top of this and are not counted in it. Your price is quoted to your setup and confirmed in writing.
Questions
The fine print, plainly.
- Why don't you publish prices?
- Because the right number depends on how many roles you run at once and what kind of roles they are. You'll get an exact monthly price in writing on the first call, and it stays flat from there. No percentages, no per-hire math.
- How is this different from hiring the recruiter we posted for?
- We're not competing with that req. Filling it takes 90 to 120 days, plus ramp, and your open roles age the whole time. We work them now. When your recruiter starts, they walk into a running sourcing engine instead of a purchase-order queue.
- What happens when we do hire an in-house recruiter?
- Nothing changes on our side. Most clients keep the subscription and their recruiter runs intake and closes, while we carry the sourcing and screening volume. If you'd rather stop, give us fifteen days' notice after the ninety-day initial commitment and it ends with that billing month.
- Who actually does the work?
- The AI does the heavy lifting: sourcing across seven channels, screening, and ranking, around the clock. A dedicated recruiter oversees your searches and is your point of contact throughout. You'll meet them on the demo call, before you buy anything.
- What counts as an active role?
- A role that we're actively sourcing and screening for right now. When you fill or close one, the slot frees up immediately and the next role takes its place. You can swap roles in and out whenever your priorities change.
- What if we hire a lot of people into one role?
- One requisition with multiple openings still counts as one active role. Hiring five dispatchers off one shortlist doesn't use five slots.
- How fast does this start?
- There's no implementation and no setup fee. We do intake on the first call, and your sourced candidate list lands within the week.
- Do you integrate with our ATS?
- Usually you don't need one. What we hand you is a scheduled interview and a ranked shortlist, not another tool for your team to run, so most clients work straight out of email and their calendar. If you do want candidates written back into Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or whatever you run, we'll scope that into your plan.
- When does this not make sense?
- If you hire once or twice a year, an agency's per-placement fee is genuinely cheaper and we'll tell you so. The subscription starts winning at roughly three hires a year.
- Can the scope change later?
- Yes. Add or drop active roles and the price adjusts at the next billing month. Most clients scale up during heavy quarters and back down after.
